As Sr. Pastor, I am accountable to the Board of Elders for the overall life and ministry of CCF. My primary responsibilities include preaching on Sunday mornings, as well as supervising the pastoral and administrative staff. I also serve on the Board of Elders, the Missions Committee and the Adult Education Team.

I came to Siloam Springs from Florida where I was a youth minister for 12 years. God has given me a passion for working with students and developing young people to serve God. I am married to my wife Vikki and have four children.  I enjoy playing sports and riding my motorcycle. I also love to watch movies and just doing things with the family. I'm the Community Life Pastor here at CCF. My responsibilities include oversight of the Community Groups and Connection Groups, Discover and SHAPE, and Adult Discipleship, which you'll find listed under the Ministries tab in the front page Menu. Community Life also includes equipping people to serve in our community and finding opportunities in which they can use their giftedness and skills. I was born and raised in New Orleans, LA.  During my senior year of high school, I responded to the pull of Truth on my heart and became a follower of Christ.  I attended John Brown University as a Vocal Performance Major and was involved in the chapel music ministry as well as several churches in the area.  It was during my time at JBU that I decided on a career as a music minister.  After meeting my wife Nicole, I tranferred schooling to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where I completed my degree in Vocal Performance.  I began my position as Worship Pastor at CCF in July 2005.  In August 2007, God blessed Nicole and I with our first baby girl, Avery.  We look forward to raising a family and serving the church for many years here in Siloam Springs!

As Church Administrator I do payroll, accounts payable, electronic giving, and other funds accounting. I also keep the calendar of building use, serve as receptionist, compose and print the weekly Communicator, and assist the treasurer and other staff members with their projects. I serve the CCF body as Custodian and Maintenance Supervisor. My duties are many and varied, allowing me to have close contact with the staff, the church family, and outsiders who use our building.
